The following changes must be reported within 10 calendar days of their occurrence:

• Change in household size
• Change in marital status
• Change in income whether, earned or unearned
• Change in address
• Change in phone number
• Change in email address
• Change in child placement/custody

Please report these and any other changes to the Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Gateway’s Family Services department at 386-752-9770 or 866-752-9770.

In addition, in order to transfer your child to another school readiness provider, a zero balance paid in full receipt is needed and new paperwork must be issued by the coalition before the child can attend a new provider.
